ID-Cooling passive cases in Q4

After a promising Computex booth, Chinese newcomer ID-Cooling is landing in Europe.

Two cases will be available in Q4: the NOFAN-ITX (mini-ITX boards and 45W CPU) and the NOFAN-MATX (micro-ATX boards and 100W CPU).
