Sold as an active cooling solution, the latest Ninja from Scythe could also work passively - with low-power CPUs - considering its sheer size (130 × 155 × 153mm) and weight (900g). After all, previous Ninja models were advertised as "fanless-ready" up to 65W TDP. More details are expected to be announced for the Europe / US launch.
