We're sorry for hyping the i9-9900T for months. It's unobtainable. In fact, all 35W Coffee Lake Refresh processors are nowhere to be found. Intel's 35W chips are usually available as tray processors (no retail box) just not this time. Actively cooled i7-9700T and i9-9900T systems are available from Dell and Lenovo, but don't expect to build your own PC using these CPUs.
