The Apcsilmic Dot 1 is an ARM-based fanless Windows mini PC available from $229. The pocketable machine features the popular Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c (previously available in numerous entry-level notebooks / chromebooks) up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Connectivity is surprisingly good and includes two HDMI ports, three USB ports, and Ethernet (only 100Mb though). Interestingly, the Dot 1 is also 4G-ready thanks to a very handy SIM card slot.
