HKEPC from Hong Kong takes a look at the one and only DC-powered Intel N100 motherboard, and it's a keeper. Performance is superb for a 6W CPU, on par with the 65W i5-7400 and the more recent i3-9100. Intel's Gracemont micro-architecture handles MPEG2, WMV9, VC1, H264, HEVC, VP9, AV1 hardware decoding, and the chip supports 8K @ 60Hz. ASRock's new heat sink does a great job and keeps the N100 under 73°C.
