The ASUS PN42 is probably our favorite N100-powered fanless mini PC (not sponsored, not affiliated). While we love rugged designs, an internal cooler is the way to go since hot-to-the-touch enclosures make people nervous. Several iterations of the PN42 are available, including with an additional USB-C port for $225, a full-size DisplayPort 1.4 for $225, or a good old COM port for $220.
