The controversial Windows 11 mini PC features 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and the most unique, frankly cool-looking, and 100% plastic heat sink case. We'd love to see this mini PC and its cooling system put to the test. Maybe it'll be a hidden gem after all (we have some doubts).
