ARCTIC launches an improved version of its best-selling fanless CPU cooler. The Alpine 12 Passive is virtually identical (95 x 95 x 69 mm) to the $13 / 13 euros Alpine 11 Passive but features a black anodizing finish that improves performance significantly.
The Alpine 12 Passive is designed to cool 35W CPUs passively, although processors up to 47 TDP are supported (not recommended by us since throttling could be involved).
