The second version of SilverStone's flagship cooler is now available in the UK with other territories to follow shortly (including the US). We can confirm that this HE02 2.0 is virtually identical to the previous model, only adding AM4 support. The HE02 is the last fanless CPU officially rated for 95W processors by its manufacturer (65W is ambitious enough if you ask us).
