2 methods for passive cooling

✓ A heat sink case (Akasa Euler S pictured). Perfect for CPUs up to 35W TDP, aluminum cases act as giant CPU coolers. Their industrial look is not for everyone (although Streacom and HDPLEX offer some stylish-looking pieces of hardware) but they are often dust-resistant and do offer rock-solid reliability. Our solution of choice for HTPCs and family PCs.

✓ A large internal CPU cooler (Nofan CR-100A pictured) in a case with air vents on top for optimal convection cooling. Definitely a larger tool for larger builds. Most fanless CPU coolers will easily handle CPUs up to 65W TDP though. Our solution of choice for workstations, gaming, and heavy-duty machines.
