Tom’s Hardware reviews Senza AI

"System tools showed that during light activities like browsing the web and typing reports like this one, the CPU temperature stayed around 30 degrees C. Playing The Division 2 for 30 or 40 minutes, the reported CPU temperature seemed to stay between 60 C and 70 C. It didn’t constantly creep upwards; it would sometimes go towards that upper bound, and sometimes fall again. However, running a workload like Cinebench R23 multicore the temperatures seemed to creep inexorably upwards, with the highest measurement I saw at 96 C. Between tasks, the reported CPU temperature would fall very rapidly. I saw it dive from 75 C to 45 C in under 10 seconds after one of the recent benchmarks I completed. That’s pretty impressive given that there’s no fan."

igorsLAB reviews the Arctic Senza

"At the time of publication, the senza AI 370 with 32GB of memory and a 1TB SSD can be purchased for 1029 euros. That is actually less expensive than identically equipped mini PCs from competitors such as the Minisforum AI X1 Pro-370, Geekom A9 Max, or Sapphire Edge AI 370. I do not need to tell anyone that all of these devices have become disproportionately more expensive because of the memory. If one is looking for a passively cooled computer with the performance profile on offer, there are hardly any alternatives. But for such a highly priced device, offering only a 2 year warranty is pretty weak, especially since one is used to 6 years with this manufacturer’s AIO liquid coolers."

KitGuru reviews the Arctic Senza

"The Arctic Senza is a machine that left me profoundly conflicted. On one hand, the sheer engineering and build quality completely caught me off guard. The thick metal panels and massive central heatsink scream premium, successfully pushing the concept of whisper-quiet computing to the absolute extreme. Thermal performance is a solid 10/10 out of the box; even when unlocking the CPU power limit to 115W during a 12-hour 4K video encode, the massive passive cooler effortlessly kept temperatures in check. Performance-wise, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Radeon 890M combo delivers excellent results for heavy productivity and light 1080p gaming while sipping power from the wall."

About the Arctic Senza PC

A lot of you have been asking about Arctic’s Senza under-desk mount, which contradicts our core recommendations for passive cooling and convection. While we do like the hardware itself, we only recommend wall-mounting the Senza to ensure unobstructed airflow (pictured). Special thanks to Arctic for their commitment to fanless PCs, and good luck to the Senza AI 370.

Quality thermal pads are a rare commodity

There's something special about the ARCTIC TP-3 thermal pad. Based on a proprietary silicone formula, it offers excellent thermal conductivity while remaining electrically non-conductive and non-capacitive. Its soft, squeezable texture allows it to mold perfectly to components, making it a user-friendly alternative to traditional thermal pastes on VRMs, RAM chips, or M.2 SSDs. The ARCTIC TP-3 is available from $8.99.

Arctic Senza AI 370 review

According to SweClockers, despite being fanless, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 computer performs impressively. It is roughly 50% faster in CPU tasks and over twice as fast in graphics benchmarks compared to the previous Ryzen 5000-based Senza model. While not exactly a gaming rig, the Radeon 890M allows for smooth gameplay in e-sports titles (like Counter-Strike 2) and can handle AAA games at lower settings. The Swedish tech site concludes that the Arctic Senza AI 370 is a "PC beyond the ordinary." A niche product for users who prioritize a clean, silent environment and are willing to pay a premium for a specialized, high-performance fanless design.

First fanless AMD Ryzen AI computer

Arctic's new Senza PC is powered by the mighty AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, and is virtually invisible. The Senza PC is designed to mount discreetly beneath a desk to maximize workspace and legroom. It features a unique passive cooling system with a surprisingly large heatsink, ensuring completely silent operation and a maintenance-free design with no moving parts. The system also features a dedicated front-access panel for easy reach to USB and audio ports. The new Senza is a complete Windows 11 PC and comes with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD for €1,200.

Stylish and slim 14600T build

Remember this unique build from 2024? Kazuki is back with another impressively slim and compact system. "This time, fins of Arctic Alpine 11 Passive has been trimmed to fit inside the case, instead of cutting the panel of the case to allow exposure of the fins outside the case. I was worried that it might not have sufficient length to dissipate heat well, but to my pleasant surprise, Arctic designed the heatsink very well.

ASUS Strix 600 and 700 ITX motherboards have dual mounting holes, so that LGA 1151 heatsink like Arctic Alpine 11 (or 12) Passive could still mount without doing any heavy modification, although almost all other motherboard only support the newer LGA 1700 CPU coolers from these generations.

It's been working fine for more than a month without an issue with CPU frequency limiting to 3.2GHz and undervolting by 100mV. CPU temperature is between 55C to 60C normally, and it could rise up to about 80C under my load."

ARCTIC Senza review from Spain

ARCTIC Senza review from Poland

ARCTIC Senza review from Germany

ARCTIC Senza review: The under desk fanless PC

"With an ungodly amount of hours in the game, my first instinct is to run Rainbow Six Siege. After all, Ubisoft’s shooter is a good indication of what you’ll roughly see in most esports-focused titles since it’s a little less optimised than the likes of CS2 and League of Legends. To my surprise, a passively-cooled Ryzen 7 5700G handles it well, not even dropping below 60fps when graphics demand double its 1GB of memory on the high preset. There’s certainly some scalability here for older games.

Despite its destiny to live a life hidden from the world, Arctic treats Senza’s passive cooler like the showstopper it is, boasting quality from end to end. Its gorgeous metal chassis puts the plastic casing on other SFFs to shame, all while doing a superb job keeping the CPU cool. We’ve seen plenty of passive PCs come and go over the years, but none led by a processor nearly as capable as AMD Zen 3."
